OLD SCHOOL GYM FOR SALE

If you have ever wanted to own your own gym with dumbbells, treadmills, ellipticals and stairsteppers this is your opportunity. If you have wanted to train people in weight loss and health and nutrition, this is the place you want to be. A growing community in southern Utah county needs you to take over this business and make sure it stays here for the hundreds who love the facility. Of course, you have the choice to relocate the business after purchase.
The gym equipment, office supplies and inventory are appraised for over $117,000.00. The asking price is simply to pay off existing bills. It will be like starting a new gym business without the headaches of trying to go out and purchasing piece after piece on your own. The only cost you will have other than the normal day to day cost of running your business will be your investment/loan of $79,500.
You'll have the opportunity to walk into an established gym the next day you decide this is the business for you. The new owner may do whatever they wish. The building is on a month to month rental agreement.
The summer months are over and the money making months are yet to come.
There will be no other costs involved in the sale. The $79,500.00 pays all existing bills, leases and cost of equipment, taxes, etc. A two week training of the ins and outs of the business, its equipment, its programs and the operation will be included at no additional cost.
We are advertising on KSL in hopes of saving brokerage fees or additional costs of purchasing a business such as ours. Please give us a call for all inquiries. 801-465-5633 http://www.dumbbellsgym.com

A lot of people have asked us why we are trying to sell the gym. When we opened Dumbbells Gym over six years ago all of us were six years younger. Bob and Robin were just married, Pat and Elly were just married and of course Brian and Maryann were just married. Dennis and Debbie were married for over twenty-eight years. ...just thought I would throw that in there. Anyway, I was working in Provo at the time, a twenty minute commute to work. Now, to the present, seven grandchildren, I work and commute to Park City daily and everybody has tons of family honey-doooos such as soccer games, baseball games, dance recidals. You get the idea. The boys and their families need to have time to live their lives. As you know we have always tried to be a part of the community and to pass on our experience to each and every one of you. Please understand our position and wish us the best of luck. We, in turn offer all of you that have backed us over the years, the very best.

Sincerely,

The Thomas Family

The Thomas Family will do everything in its power to ensure that the new owners hold to tradition of helping the community and will offer intense training so that they will hit the ground knowing that the passholders of Dumbbells Gym will continue to be able to support the gym and the new ownership.

Somebody just asked "Does the last post mean you've sold the gym?" The answer is no, we have not sold the gym. By the way if you know a friend or if you may want to buy it, it is a heck of a deal at this price. Let us know.
